Professional Profile My name is Iqra, and I am from Srinagar, Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir, India. I am a dedicated and experienced educator with a strong academic background in Mathematics and Science and approximately 15 years of teaching experience. I have completed my Post-Graduation in Mathematics and have also pursued a Post-Graduate degree in Science through Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) as a part-time student. Pursuing higher education alongside my professional responsibilities has helped me strengthen my subject knowledge, improve my teaching abilities, and develop a deeper understanding of the learning needs of students. With 15 years of teaching experience, I have had the opportunity to work with students from different age groups and academic backgrounds. Throughout my teaching career, I have focused on creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students can understand concepts clearly and develop confidence in their abilities. My specialization and academic background in Mathematics and Science have enabled me to explain complex concepts in a simple, systematic, and practical manner. I believe that effective teaching is not limited to completing the syllabus; rather, it involves encouraging students to think critically, ask questions, solve problems independently, and apply their knowledge in real-life situations.
