These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TutorGali (the "Platform"). By registering for or using TutorGali, you agree to these Terms.

1. About TutorGali

TutorGali is a platform that connects students seeking tutoring with tutors offering tutoring services. TutorGali is currently operated as an individual/unregistered proprietorship. TutorGali acts only as a platform to facilitate discovery and booking requests between students and tutors, and is not a party to any tutoring arrangement made between them.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering, whether as a student or a tutor. Tutors must submit valid qualification and identity documents for verification before their profile is approved and made visible to students.

3. Tutor Verification

TutorGali reviews tutor-submitted documents (certificates, ID proof) for approval, but does not guarantee the accuracy of any tutor's claimed qualifications or the quality of tutoring provided. Students are encouraged to verify tutor credentials independently before engaging in paid tutoring arrangements.

4. Booking Requests

Booking requests submitted by students are sent to tutors for acceptance or rejection. TutorGali is not responsible for the outcome, scheduling, or conduct of any tutoring session arranged through the Platform.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

Tutors may purchase subscription plans to access certain features on the Platform. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription pricing and duration are displayed at the time of purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

6. User Conduct

• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Do not misuse the Platform to harass, spam, or defraud other users
• Do not attempt to bypass the Platform's verification or payment processes

7. Limitation of Liability

TutorGali is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or interactions with other users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TutorGali after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
