My teaching philosophy is centred on creating a student-friendly, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every learner feels confident to participate and learn at their own pace. I use interactive activities, phonics, storytelling, TPR, visual aids, and real-life examples to make lessons enjoyable and meaningful. I believe in adapting my teaching approach to each student’s learning style, age, and level. I focus not only on improving English skills but also on building confidence, clear pronunciation, fluency, and effective communication. I encourage students to ask questions, make mistakes without fear, and gradually become independent and confident learners.
